The MV-HTP is compact, portable, quiet, and conveniently designed for offices, data centers, and facilities to be in close proximity to the data that needs to be sanitized and destroy large volumes of SSDs such as Solid State Drives, CD/DVD/Blu-Ray, USB, Flash drives, CPI Card, Memory Modules, cell phone and Tablets, EMV Credit Cards, CAC ID and Magnetic Strip Cards on site before they leave their secure facility.

The MV-HTP features a touch-screen interface for operation and security. It's designed to accept and destroy SSDs without the need to remove plastic or aluminum casings. The device can detect media jams and is capable of unjamming the media through a reversal function. It also has non-emergency and emergency stop functions.

Through the media feeding capabilities, the MV-HTP can crush SSDs with two counter-rotating cylindrical arrays of interlocking hardened steel teeth. The teeth crush and puncture the SSDs on both sides rendering them inoperable and useless. The debris from the destroyed SSDs are discharged into a self-contained collection bin that holds up to 300 destroyed SSDs for safe and secure disposal. The collection bin can easily be removed from the device to handle debris safely.

The noise level is significantly less than 60 db, which is well below the 85 db level acceptable by the OSHA for workplaces. The MV-HTP provides a quiet and safe operation that meets OSHA standards.

    The MV-HTP is compact, portable and quiet. The device is designed for facilities such as data centers that need to destroy large volumes of SSDs on site before leaving the facility. The MV-HTP is a continuous cycle crusher that chews and destroys SSDs at a rate of more than 1200 SSDs per hour (1 SSD every 3 seconds). The interlocking teeth arrays are configured to puncture the SSDs at intervals of 2 mm, assuring damage to all SSD memory chips and components.

    Media is fed manually, one-at-a-time, accepting individual SSDs through its media drop door. The user is prompted to manually insert devices one at a time into the drop door: When feeding, the user will receive a prompt on the LCD screen to insert each SSD or other media to be destroyed. The SSDs are crushed by two counter-rotating cylindrical arrays of interlocking hardened steel teeth that crush and puncture the SSDs on both sides rendering them inoperable and useless.
